We don't do everything.
We follow data to documents to people.
Integra Intelligence has investigated corporate misconduct since 2016, mostly for plaintiffs' attorneys bringing securities fraud, antitrust and qui tam cases. We have worked more than 300 complex litigation matters across pharma, technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, biotech, luxury goods, energy and infrastructure, including the multidistrict opioid litigation.
A lot of investigation firms take whatever comes through the door: surveillance on Monday, a cheating spouse on Tuesday, a securities case on Wednesday. We don't. We work the matters we are better at than anyone we know, and we refer the rest. That means complex litigation, asset tracing and recovery, due diligence, workplace investigations and open-source work. If your matter is not one of those, we will tell you on the first call and point you to someone whose it is.
Who does the work, and what stands behind it.

Lael Henterly, CLI, CII
Founder and agency principal. A University of Washington journalism graduate who came to investigations from reporting, and has since exposed bid rigging in construction, collusion in the meat industry and price fixing in pharmaceuticals.

Open-source certified
OSMOSIS certification in open-source intelligence, applied to opaque corporate ownership, digital footprints and the public records that sit behind them.
Licensed in Washington

How instructions reach us.
The questions we are asked most often before a first instruction.
Who are your clients?
Mostly plaintiffs' attorneys bringing securities fraud, antitrust and qui tam matters, along with insolvency and asset-recovery practitioners, employers and executors. We work for the side bringing the claim.
Do you take instructions from outside Washington?
Yes. Most of our work is national, and much of it arrives from counsel in other states and other countries. Washington is where we are licensed and where we know the records best.
Will you work for a bankruptcy trustee or creditors' counsel?
Yes. Asset searches for trustees and creditors' committees are work we actively seek, and the methods are the ones we already use for judgment creditors.
Can you testify?
Yes. Reports are written to be used, as declarations, exhibits and testimony where a matter needs them, and the work is signed by a licensed investigator.
How do you charge?
Fixed fees for defined searches, hourly with an estimate up front for open-ended investigation. We tell you which one a matter calls for before we start.
Have a question that needs answering?
Tell us the question and the deadline. We will tell you what the record is likely to show, and what finding out will cost.
