What this site collects, what we do with it, and what we never do. Effective October 8, 2026.
This site, integraintel.com, is run by Integra Intelligence, a licensed private investigation agency in Seattle, Washington (Agency Principal License No. 2248). Our address is 904 W. Highland Drive, Seattle, WA 98119, and you can reach us at lael@integraintel.com or +1 206 687 8601. This policy covers the website only. Information we gather in the course of an investigation is governed by the engagement, by professional licensing rules and by law, not by this page.
Only what you give us and what any web server sees. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. Our host, Webflow, logs the IP address, browser type and pages requested for every visitor, as every host does, and keeps those logs for its own security and operations.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. It records your approximate location, device and browser, and the pages you visit, under a random identifier rather than your name; we do not connect it to anything you send us. We do not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or social-media plug-ins, and we do not buy data about visitors. Please do not send sensitive personal information, documents or anything you consider privileged through the contact form; tell us what the matter is about and we will arrange a secure channel.
To answer you. A contact-form message goes to our inbox and is used to reply, to scope the matter and, if we are engaged, to open a file. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
The services that run the site. Webflow hosts the pages and processes form submissions. Adobe Fonts delivers the typefaces, which means Adobe's servers see your IP address when a page loads. If the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, Google receives the technical signals it needs to tell a person from a script, under Google's own privacy policy. Our email provider holds the messages you send us. None of these companies may use your information for their own purposes beyond providing the service.
We will disclose information if the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena or court order, and we will tell you when we are permitted to.
Contact-form messages that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Messages that do become part of the client file and are kept for as long as our licensing rules and the engagement require.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, by emailing lael@integraintel.com. We will answer within 30 days and will not charge you. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another place with a data-protection law, those rights apply to you here, and you may also complain to your local authority.
The site sets the cookies Webflow needs to serve the pages, the ones Google Analytics uses to tell one visit from the next, and, if reCAPTCHA is active, the ones Google needs for it to work. You can block cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will still work.
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions travel encrypted to Webflow and on to our inbox. No method is perfect, which is why we ask you not to send sensitive material through the form.
This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. A change that affects how we use information you have already given us will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
